| Frank, Frank, Frank. Jeeves, Jeeves, Jeeves. I'm glad you're back, my friend. And I hope we can still put an RP together here that you can be involved in. Your ideas are... unique. First, it was the FUBAR machine. Now, a Harp of Golden Dreams. Naturally, I just assumed from past experience that it's a hugely destructive weapon of some kind, possibly duct-taped to a musical instrument. And sure enough, it's a proton bomb fastened to a harp, capable of destroying entire buildings. Is it awesome? Yes. Is it very Frank Jeeves? Yes, it is. But I fear it may be a bit too much destructive power to place in Frank's drug-addled hands. There is a rule, as you know, against massive destruction of persons or property. You and I go back a long time, and I don't think you would necessarily use this weapon irresponsibly, but we must be mindful of the precedent that it sets to other, potentially less responsible members who might want a cloaking device harpsichord or a Force lightning-emitting harmonica. Don't get me wrong, I want to encourage your creativity; perhaps there's a somewhat less destructive weapon you can duct tape to a harp? But as it is, I'm afraid the Harp of Golden Dreams is DENIED.
