They would be located at an old refuelling ground station on a planet which is an anagram of the following "Jean Helper Tent" (management will be informed of the location) if the landside base is compromised they can surely flee but as black ops forces. They should be considered to have some basic ground defense similar to Hoth at their base but with no shield or Ion cannon.
Rebel Spec Ops will be welcomed to use the base occasionally, it will largely be crewed by Alsakan Aegis Squadron defectors, Alsakan Civilians and droids, even those on the planet except the pilots don't even know the base's location on the world. Atmospheric ionization and cloud makes detection of ground targets very hard if theyre all powered to minimum/off.
The only ones who really know the planet's hypercoordinates are the astro droids or computers on ships when theyve the data chip inserted, well designed it cannot be copied or even entered into the memory. Each is fitted with a timer wiping it's data if it's a day late for it's rendezvous.
All in all, a secure place. But if its jeopardized the fleet must like the rebels at Hoth run piecemeal. They have no capital craft and would likely have to simply hide out in a distant shadowport until they could get in contact with the rebel fleet.
Essentially, these forces will be used in Terrawin's chesslike diplomatic strategies with wavering worlds and Imperials on the fence.

| I think, since Terrawin's profile is on hold pending resolution of the Alliance political situation, this request should probably be on hold as well. I think what's going to end up happening is you'll be invited to RP as an Alliance minister if you're still interested in that, and if it's Terrawin, then we can proceed.
