Appearance: Muscular with a large build, he is an imposing figure. He is known to use brute strength in many scenarios, and is known for his brutality because of it. He is considered very handsome and attractive by his species' standards.

Personality: Anger and rage personified, he is a beaten and abused animal finally let off his leash to make the galaxy suffer. Despite his brute behavior, he is highly intelligent. He tends to attempt to get into the mind of his enemies, to understand what their future moves may be. He constantly trains, both physically and in the Force, as well as with his lightsaber. He has the ultimate goal of becoming the most dominant Force user to have lived. The arrogant and entitled behavior of Kylo Ren has caused him to come to despite his informal master.

Background
Born to a family of moderate wealth on Iridonia, he was kidnapped as an infant by Snoke, who trained him to become his warrior and assassin, akin to Darth Maul. He was subjected to daily torture. Any hesitation, mistakes, or display of mercy was responded to with abuse and cruelty. He was taught to use the Force by encouraging him to use it, or making it the only way to, stop the abuse he suffered. He was forced to feel nothing but hate and rage.

As the final test of his training, he was dispatched to Iridonia, and ordered to slaughter his entire family. He did so, without hesitation, while Kylo Ren carried out the Jedi Massacre. It was this moment that he realized he was not to be Snoke's chosen apprentice. Upon return, he was informally apprenticed to Kylo with the other Knights of Ren. He was merely Snoke's fist, whereas Kylo was his hand and heir. This embittered him towards the Knights of Ren, and towards Snoke. He already despised Kylo and his arrogant attitude, and this added insult to injury.

As a result to this, he has distanced himself from the Knights of Ren, often acting out on his own. As a result, he is also distanced from the First Order, sent to them by Snoke only when the most serious of matters must be attended to that Kylo cannot take care of.
