Background:
Otis is one half of the Weathers Brothers, notorious outlaws on the planet Dantooine. What began as a series of light-hearted bank robberies and rapes across the Dantooine frontier turned into an all-out war against the planet's Khoonda Administration when Willis Weathers was shot and killed by Khoonda marshals during a botched kidnapping attempt. However, not smart or resourceful enough to succeed without his older brother, Otis has accepted the promised support of Njon the Hutt in return for joining a squad of mercenaries and bounty hunters assembled to murder Njon's nemesis, Jamulon Tiure.
