Background- Moff Levi comes from an old Corulag family who hold their wealthy position through the ownership of land and through charging extortionate rents for slum properties. Being the third son of the family he had little to inherit and so decided to enter government service as many of his generational officer predecessors had done before. 

Working throughout the clone wars in the Heroic role of a Taxation Bureau Office Manager, he was commended by his superiors for his ruthless and efficient tax collection methods and worked up to head of the Imperial Taxation Bureau Office on Coruscant. So he made a lot of enemies at court who decided to get rid of him.

Having been informed that certain worlds could possibly pay vastly more tax than they currently do, the Emperor turned to the man who had so efficiently squeezed Coruscant, Simon Levi. However, Simon Levi had too little senior administrative experience to be placed as Moff of a Core Sector, as such he was made the de-jure and de-facto (but not Moff of) the Raioballo Sector, with his specific Governorate being Anx Space. 

In the weeks since he has been assigned a mandate to increase the profitability of the loyal sector, and to work as efficiently and ruthlessly as his reputation has shown him to be capable of. In this distant post he is expected never to be heard from again.

Combat flagship: Noted for being 3/4 of the Sector Naval Manpower his Dreadnaught-class Heavy Cruiser, for all its manpower requirement and inefficiency is an intimidating force in the sector.
