History-Alyn Stark, descendant of one of the Ten, the wealthy families who brought Kuat Drive Yards and Kuat itself to what it is today. A man with greater love for family and Empire can hardly be found elsewhere in the galaxy. Born and raised on Kuat and Coruscant, the Stark lineage is one of the highest pedigree upon Kuat, and Alyn is no exception. Schooled by the finest tutors, he was the first of his family to attend military schooling under the Empire, graduating with honors from the Prefsbelt IV Naval Academy and continuing on to achieve exceptional ratings at the Anaxes War College. Surprisingly, however, he declined a full active naval position in favor of a reserve position, allowing him to return home. By both popular acclaim and hereditary position, Stark took up the mantle of Master Technician of Kuat Drive Yards, placing him as the head and controlling stockholder of said business. For him, the military was an enjoyable pastime, but his love of designs and construction went far beyond that.
His choice of spouse was not to the liking of some, who would have rather seen him wed someone of perceived equal stature and, preferably, of Kuati descent, but he would proclaim to any man, to this day, that to have the honor of loving a famed holo-actress such as as his wife, Ana, placed him above any other man in terms of luck. At present, Alyn continues to serve both business and military with his skill at KDY, ensuring the Imperial Navy is always outfitted with the best equipment possible for the brave and loyal men and women serving in the greatest naval force in the galaxy.
