Pirate fleet

| I would like to request that Jak runs a pirate faction. Theywould be composed of a small, agile fleet that’s designed to attack and hijack
various convoys of Imperials as well as others. They also get involved in
pretty much any activities that would earn them profits. They will constantly
move around the galaxy, always on the move. This is to make things difficult
for the Empire to track the pirates down. Here’s the following list of the
picket fleet:
X6 DP20 frigates
X24 Z-95 Headhunters
X24 Cloakshape fighters (decreased cargo capacity in order
to install hyperdrives)
X24 Belbullab-22 starfighters
They're most likely to be split into a task force consisted of 2 DP20 frigates and 24 fighters each.

| You may have missed it (see this thread), but a new rule requires that fleets have a maximum of 4 capital ships at a time. If you were to reduce this to, say, 2 or 3 DP20 frigates and then 1 or 2 less-powerful ships, I think that'd be fine. I'm a bit skeptical of pirates having so many DP20's, though. A couple of them, sure. But I would expect a pirate fleet to be more rag-tag and made up of various kinds of ships the pirates are able to steal or otherwise get their hands on.

| Okay, then I'll edit the request to the following:
2 DP20 frigates
1 Marauder Corvette
3 Murrian Transports
I'd like to keep the numbers of fighters, unless you'd prefer to reduce them. Thoughts?

| 72 fighters might be just a bit much, considering that's 72 pirates right there and a lot of salaries to pay. And between the crews of the DP20's and the Marauder-class, you're already splitting the booty roughly 300 ways. Your revised numbers are still 6 ships, but I think your logic is that the Muurian transports aren't really warships? In which case, okay—for this particular request for a pirate fleet, I'm fine with that. But yeah, let's perhaps trim the fighters down a bit.
