Father: Rahk of Clan Khim'bar - Dynast of Clan Khim'bar Mother: Cakh'lah of Clan Khim'bar - Maitrakh of Clan Khim'bar
Personality: Reserved and typically quiet, R'khakh is someone who struggles with who they are, who they believe they should be, and who their body tells them they should be. Despite coming from a warrior culture, he is perhaps the warmest and kindest individual anyone would meet should he open himself to them. He believes, however, that he must become a living weapon for the Jedi, in order to protect the innocent and rid the galaxy of evil, even now with the Jedi being on the brink of extinction. He trains constantly to hone both his skills in combat and his own body. Despite having impressive combat capabilities, he is humble and modest. He is not beyond teaching or helping any Jedi, young or old.
He is often found in meditation, and preaches to any Jedi, from Youngling to Grand Master, his mantra of, "One must always be mindful of their impact in the universe. Even the slightest actions, no matter the intention, will always have an reaction." He is a Jedi who questions the Order's past, and its seeming disconnect with its place in the universe or its power at times. Regardless of these beliefs, he firmly believed in the course of action of the Jedi leading the defense of the Republic against the Separatists; at the same rate, he could understand, and even agree with, the viewpoint of the common Separatist. Since the Jedi Purge and formation of the Empire, he has continued to support the position of the Jedi and has attempt to join various Resistance movements in a similar but secretive role.
He has a strong moral code, and sense of honor. He is not beyond pledging himself to the service of others, should his honor demand it. He will always defend and protect those that cannot do so themselves, and give voice to those that have been silenced. He is known to do what he believes to be right, even if it goes against the Jedi Code. He was known to attempt to bond with and befriend the Clones under his command, and often spent time with them in their free time, merely socializing but also learning their techniques, tactics, and strategies. He has taken to doing so from other military and Force organizations from around the galaxy.
Background: Raised on Honoghr, at an early age he was kidnapped by Mandalorian raiders. The Mandalorians, looking to train an assassin to work for them against Jedi and Republic officials in revenge for the Battle of Galidraan. This was not to be however, as at the age of five, he was liberated from his life as a slave by Jedi Master Vernon Daine. He was found to be Force sensitive, and placed into the Wolf Clan for Youngling students.
While the head of his class, many looked down upon him due to his species. Known as warriors who had rarely been off-world with a ferocity unmatched, many thought he would fail as a Jedi despite succeeding and surpassing expectations in every challenge laid out before him. Reaching the maximum age for a Youngling, he was being slated for assigned into the Exploration Corps, doomed to never have the chance to become a Jedi, when a Jedi Knight came along to answer his prayers. Jedi Knight Sun Tching accepted him as an apprentice.
Being trained by Tching was a hellish experience. Unrelenting and unforgiving, Tching strove to dominate his entire life, and ensured any mistake was mercilessly punished. Pain and experience were the foundations of his training. While many Padawans would, and did, believe such treatment was beyond that of the Jedi, he relished in it. It was exactly what he wanted, what he needed, and the result spoke for themselves. Over the next eight years, his powers and skills increased tenfold. His Master believed in getting him out into the real-world as much as possible, most publically by accompanying him on the first Jedi mission to settle the Sepan Civil War. Following the mission, he would be Knighted; and like his Master, chose to enter the Peacekeepers rather than teach immediately, becoming a Jedi Brute.
When he could, he made several trips back to his homeworld. Disguising the fact that he was Jedi, only revealing that he was living off-world, he learned that his parents were the leaders of his clan. While at first all were confrontational, he was eventually welcomed as one of their own, undertaking the rituals required for adulthood within the culture, and becoming a fully trained Noghri assassin and bodyguard. He has recently returned from a long absence from the Order to complete his training among his people and the adulthood rituals, ultimately being assigned to the Praxeum Ship Luminosity. During his time aboard the Luminosity, he attempted to serve on as many humanitarian missions as possible, but was also able to take down a few rogue mercenary groups and pirates. He also took on an apprentice, a male Nelvaanian named Koda, who like himself had been shrugged off due to his species. After completing his training as a Weapon Master, he ventured back to Coruscant; little did he know what fate awaited him at the Jedi Temple.
He was chosen to join the group of 212 Jedi who would storm the Arena on Geonosis. While initially within the confines of the Arena, droid forces pushed him and a group of other Jedi out of the structure, leaving them to fight their way to the battlefield by foot before being finally picked up by LAAT/i Gunships as they dropped Clone Commandos behind enemy lines in efforts to capture or kill Separatist leaders. Upon entering the battlefield, he led the efforts of the Clone Jet Troopers in conducting frontal assaults upon the Core Ships, himself taking and quickly learning the operation of the JT-12 Jetpack, which he kept as a souvenir. Towards the end of the battle, he was reassigned to leading the mission to secure the Spire, which he did so successfully, but without capturing any major Separatist leaders.
Shortly after returning to Coruscant to recover from the trying mission on Geonosis,he aided in the formation and training of the birth-born Republic Army as it was reformed as an auxiliary force to the Grand Army of the Republic, an effort lead by the Jedi who discovered him, Jedi Master Vernon Daine, and his former master, Sun Tching. Soon he was given command over the Republic's offensive on Atraken, personally commanding the 2nd Legion. The campaign immediately moved at a crawling pace, and was a planet on which the Separatists fought tooth and nail to keep, ultimately translating to a year-long campaign which completely devastated the planet. Despite the planet having been devastated by the Separatists, he was greatly disturbed at the devastation of Atraken, feeling personally responsible and leading to days of seclusion in the Jedi Temple. His new unit however, the 32nd Legion, did not have the time he wished to gireve.
He was immediately deployed to respond to the attempts by Count Dooku to recover an ancient Sith artifact of incredible destructive power. Following the successful stoppage of Dooku, he was granted command of the 16th Star Corps. He followed this by being a major field commander at Muunilinst and Brentaal IV, and leading the Republic's effort on Garos IV in which most of his Corps was lost to overwhelming Separatist forces. With his Corps deactivated, he returned to Atraken to lead the final days of the long-term battle and finally pushing the Separatists off the planet.
After the losses suffered during his second time on Atraken, in which most of his new unit was wiped out, the remains were combined with the remains of his units from Atraken, the 2nd and 10th Legions, along with another unit having recently suffered heavy losses, the 36th Legion, into a new unit dubbed the 160th Legion. Immediately, the 160th, led by a Jedi looking for a redemption of his name and consisting of clones looking for vengeance for their lost brothers, became a common sight on the front lines as a shock unit. During these opening days of the war, with the help of the ARC Trooper assigned to him, ALPHA-99 or "Wolf", he developed an intense physical training regimen to keep him in perfect physical shape for constant combat operations and also learned his people's martial art, Stava.
Upon returning to Coruscant from Atraken, his apprentice was promoted to the rank of Jedi Knight, and thus saw him granted the title of Jedi Master. Due to his varied service and experience in the war, he was granted one of the Senior Jedi General positions, taking charge of the Sixth Sector Army. While having a area of responsibility, he and his forces were now largely used to fill in the areas the more active sector armies could not respond, leading to his deployment at Jabiim, Mikmaster III, Aefao, Umbara, Duro, Alderaan, Ord Radama, OSsus, Clak'dor VII, Peldon Minor, Tulatharri Junction, and Ord Trasi among others. During this time he also adopted an orphaned Padawan, a Human female named Saia Vesi. Upon the beginning of the Outer Rim Sieges, he and his forces returned to Jabiim to face the very forces they were once allied with and a full Separatist army.
Order 66 came as he was on Acherin, having been redeployed there in the final days of the battle and overseeing security for the peace talks between the Republic and the Separatist government of Acherin, when the order was given to their clones. Unlike Master Garen Muln, he was not immune to the wraith of the Clones. For several days, he fought his own troops, including ALPHA-99 and Blue, the ARC Trooper and Clone Commander that had served alongside him throughout the war, and joined the Acherin Resistance in fighting against the Empire. It was an odd experience, fighting with the very people he was fighting against months earlier. When the time came, rather than fleeing the planet with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ferus Olin, along with the Resistance leadership, he found a smuggler to take him offworld that had been supplying the rebels. After some time wandering the galaxy among various resistance movements, he was eventually able to join with Master Daine's forces and stood with them until the end. In the final battle of those forces, he and his former Master engaged and nearly defeated Darth Vader. He assisted his Master in avoiding capture following the climatic battle, and helped him recover. Eventually, they went their separate ways.
Since going alone, he raveled the Outer Rim, lending help and aid where he can to the people of the Galaxy. For the time being, he had abandoned his fight with the Empire and the Sith, focusing on merely being Jedi. He joined several Jedi on Naboo after spending some time on Ghorman. When forced off of Naboo, he helped advise the resistance movements in the Nembus and Kwymar sector, finding himself shocked at the ferocity of the Empire. Following the defeat of the resistance in the two sectors, he fled and later linked up with his former apprentice, Koda, and went into hiding with him on his homeworld of Nelvaan; becoming a hermit in the mountains of the world.
He was later sought out by the limited few who knew of his continued existence, and he ended up returning to advise the various Resistance movements of the galaxy while being sheltered on the world of Anobis by the world's Senator. He found however that the Senator in question pushed too much for peaceful resistance against an enemy he had witnessed cared nothing for peaceful protest. As the world of Lothal began to rebel in 5 BBY, he was smuggled from Anobis to Mandalore, where he helped form a Mandalorian Resistance, assisting in gathering the few Mandalorian warriors left in the galaxy to train the Mandalorians to wage war once more. When the Empire was able to destroy the resistance before the formation of the Rebel Alliance and cracked down heavily on Mandalore, he went back into hiding in the galaxy at large, waiting for the day he could continue his fight against the Empire.
Finding it too dangerous to get the Jedi involved with the Rebel Alliance, he has recently contemplated finding a secluded world on which to begin rebuilding the Jedi Order by founding not only a new Jedi Temple but a new Jedi Council to lead the Order once more.
