The history of the Zhar system under Oswaldt's rule is already mentioned in my profile, but here's more detail about the faction itself.

Zhar system
The notable planet in this system is the gas giant Zhar and its many moons, including Gall, the location of the Cadavine Sector Fleet Imperial Enclave, a fortress that serves as the capital of the Greater Zhar System. Oswaldt's fleet, still anachronistically referred to as the Cadavine Sector Fleet, is headquartered here, and comprised of decrepit, decades-old Star Destroyers, many of which are under-crewed and effectively stationary.

The planet Zhar itself is home to the system's prothium gas-mining industry, and its other moons are a rich source of hfredium ore. Neimoidian brain rot Type C is endemic throughout the system.

● Imperial Fleet Enclave
● 1 stationary Imperial II-class Star Destroyer*
● 1 Dreadnaught-class Heavy Cruiser*
● 3 Tartan-class patrol cruisers

* Hyperspace-incapable due to Galactic Concordance

Maill system
This system is home to the pleasant, terrestrial world of Maill, whose unpopular King depends on the protection of an Imperial garrison to secure his rule. In return, he pays tribute to Oswaldt and his world functions as a recruiting center for the Imperial army. Maill is also the only unrestricted port of entry into the Greater Zhar System.

● Imperial garrison w/ 1 stormtrooper batallion, 24 TIE/in fighters
● 2 Tartan-class Patrol Cruisers (landed at garrison)

Breeka system
Oswaldt's rule over the planet Breeka is purely theoretical. A desert planet poor in resources, Breeka is of no economic or strategic importance whatsoever. The planet is used primarily as a bombardment range and a convenient place to bury industrial waste.

Neelabi system
Located in the neighboring Kiblini Sector, Oswaldt invaded the planet Neelabi eight years ago in response to New Republic crackdown on food imports, in order to monopolize the planet's fishing industry and provide his people with much-needed food. The sentient Neelabi species are frequently caught in poorly-regulated fishing operations and find their way onto dinner tables in the Zhar system. The planet is serviced by the state-owned Zhar-Llanic Fast Shipping company, which also participates in the lucrative spice trade on the Llanic route.

Approved. Be sure to observe the rules. 3.2. Starfleets in the RP shall be based on the principle of "one character, one ship"--that is, a player character shall command one capital-scale warship, and may not delegate this responsibility to any other character or "NPC." In a battle, a player's ship shall be able to call upon two additional NPC support vessels as reinforcements, as specified on the Requests forum. Thus, a character may command up to three vessels in battle, two characters may work together to wield six vessels, and so on.

3.3. Additionally, most worlds--be they New Republic worlds, First Order, or a player-controlled faction--may have one capital-scale warship, one or more space defense platforms, starfighter squadrons, or surface-based shields for the sole purpose of defense. How many ships and fortifications are present at each world may be, alternatively, A.) requested ahead of time, B.) agreed upon by the combatants at the start of a battle, or C.) determined by management at the start of a battle.
