Laser bolts were being heard, and darting all over the place. The Jedi Knights and Padawans were falling onto the ground. Scarrings upon the deceased Masters were caused by a lightsaber. A hand could be felt upon his shoulders, "You are to preserve the future of the Jedi Order. Now...go." A peaceful tone could be heard, and the connection of the eyes felt real. The images of the Jedi Knight and Temple security guards falling to their deaths were getting smaller and smaller. Smoke were escaping the Jedi Temple, fire could be seen. The feelings of despair and fear were so real, as well as the tears. A series of beeping were directed, indicating everything would be alright.

All of sudden,  flying into space would be converted into traveling at the speed of light whizzing by thousands and thousands of stars. As quickly as the speed of light, he was taken to a battle someplace else. Laser bolts were heard and everywhere yet again. People in blue uniforms and brown jackets were being gunned down all around him. An older man wielding a lightsaber in one hand and a blaster pistol in another approached, holstering the blaster pistol away. Placing the available hand upon his shoulders, "They will overrun us within matter of minutes. We will hold them off so both of you can live and fight another day. Take care of your sister, son." The younger man did not want to leave his adopted father, but the older man was right. The pair would quickly make their way onto their YT-1300 light freighter with R2-D6 already having the ship ready to take off. While looking down the surface from the landing ramp, hundreds of stormtroopers led by an Inquisitor had descended upon their comrades-in-arms.

Once again, he quickly exited the scene by whizzing past the stars. Eyes would open, letting out heavy breaths and sweating were the next thing that came to his senses. He could felt something touching his shoulders. It was the metallic claw tapping on his shoulders. Trevor turned his head to see that it was R2-D6, and a series of beeping would soon follow. "Thank you, Deesix. I'll go help her begin the landing cycle." The Jedi got up and moved out of the mediation room, heading for the cockpit. Upon entering the cockpit, the first thing he saw was a red-colored hair. "River, we're approaching Tatooine already? I just hope my vision is leading me toward the correct path." Trevor was not referring to his memory of Jedi and Antarian Rangers being massacred, but rather a certain place that is hidden pretty much from the rest of the galaxy.

"Yes." The girl said simply from her place in the co-pilots seat.  "You've been in that room for hours.  I was starting to think you'd died or something."  River commented without even looking to him.  She understood what he was going through, because the people that had been killed were her actual, biological parents.  He had been taken in when she was very young, so despite their lack of blood relation, he was still her brother.  River handled the situation differently than him, of course, she was not Force sensitive, so she was sometimes overrun by emotions.  Most of the time though, she forced herself not to think about it.

"I don't need help though, if that's what you're here for.  I know how to land this heap."  She said, having already started the landing cycle.  "Although I still don't understand why we are coming to the desert."  To lighten the mood, and hopefully make him laugh, she commented again.  "I have red hair and I am the whitest girl you will ever see.  Do you know what is going to happen in the desert?  Sunburn and freckles, Trev.  I am going to be a giant freckle before this is over with.  There isn't enough sunscreen in the galaxy...."

Trevor chuckled at River's sarcasm, "That long, huh?" The Jedi would let out a deep sigh, and turned his focus toward the cockpit window. "I had the dreams again, River." He had admitted to his surrogate sister, and she would know what he had meant. It did not matter whether Force sensitivity played a hand in their past. No one should have experienced the trauma that Trevor have had, all of his close ties were being killed simply because of their beliefs. Sometimes, it was hard to cope with such emotions that he would revert to drinking or smoking sometimes in an attempt to dull his pain.

The young man simply shook his head, "Uh, no. I trust you just enough not to screw up simple landing procedures." He chuckled lightly, not because River was being funny but because she was trying to be funny for his sake. "Ah, put on lots and lots of lotion then. I mean...lots." Trevor put an emphasis on the last one, and to continue the snarky conversation. "Besides, skin and freckles have nothing on you. Your hair more than makes up for that." One of his hands were placed gently on River's shoulders, only for a moment before it was pulled back.

In truth, he did not know why the Force had guide him toward Tatooine. All he wanted is to find an ancient sanctuary that is probably going to keep River and all that opposes the Empire safe. "Let's land this thing, and find out why we were led here." He knew that he did not make sense to River sometimes, and that's because he was the only one of the two that could connect to the Force.

River shook her head.  It amazed her how the death of her biological parents seemed to be harder on him than it was on her.  She couldn't understand why he kept having nightmares about it, and she never asked why.  While she seemed to handle it better, it was not something that she wanted to re-live over and over with every conversation.

She sighed and easily landed the ship, though it creaked and groaned as she did.  "Why don't you go on ahead without me?  I can get some parts and do a couple of repairs that we need done.  I don't want to be stuck somewhere without access to parts."  River suggested, mostly because she was hesitant to leave the ship on this planet.  Not because of the desert or the sun, but simply because something did not feel right about being here.

Perhaps the death of his adopted parents had hit him harder than it had for River because of the trauma that were "re-stimulated" when he saw the massacre of the Jedi Knights by their former brethrens, clones. That is likely not the only factor. Another one is, he felt that every time he got close to someone and that person ends up being killed. It was as if he was responsible for deaths around himself. This is probably why he would not let River go so easily, not wanting to lose someone he cares about yet again. The Jedi would get off the chair, and looked down at River. "Are you sure you want to stay all by yourself? I mean, I can leave the responsibilities of the ship to Deesix." Despite the dangers presented on Tatooine, he felt River would be safer if she was traveling with him. However, the young man would not force his adopted sister to do what she does not want.

"It is up to you, River. If you're going to stay, I'll take Deesix with me." Trevor reminded the young lady once more, awaiting to hear her response.

"I'll stay here."  She re-iterated.  River understood, to a point, that he was protective of her, but he really didn't need to be.  She knew how to take care of herself, after all.  "There are things that need done, and its just easier for me to do it right, than for me to worry about a droid doing it wrong.  Just a personal preference."  River said before she turned her attention back to the console.

"I can call your comm if I need something, or something happens, however unlikely that is."  She said as she flipped some switches on the console to keep the engine power on, but so that the ship was not running.  It was the best way to work on the control panels.

Finally, she turned around in her seat.  "Be careful though."
